Notes from the Post-it Wall | Week of April 12, 2026
• Am I insane, cheap, or old to think that a decent work- and bar-appropriate pants and shirt outfit should cost $100?
• Whining children is the leading cause of stomach fat.
• Kids today, tomorrow, and twenty generations from now will never know the panic of having to have a #2 pencil. That specific requirement was life and death for your educational future. Life. Or. Death.
• Finance is as real as Magic: The Gathering. There are winners and losers, but it’s all built on fantasy rules we just made up.
• If our president can use profane, threatening language on Easter, then it’s time Apple autocorrect for mistyping the word cunt. No. I did not mean count. I meant what I typed.
• Admitting that what you said or did was in jest is no longer a quality defense. It should be, but in our Age of the Puritanical Left any defense is a waste of time because everything is offensive.
