I Believe… [AI is Coming]

...that, as someone who grew up watching movies and reading books about the inevitable robot takeover, the tease that AI is here and moving fast toward the end of human planetary rule is kinda cool in the most “I’m too old to give a shit” sort of way.

...that the AI takeover won’t be a dramatic Skynet moment—it’ll be a slow creep, like termites in the beams, until one day we’ll wake up and realize the toaster is writing our memoir and doing a better job than we ever could.

...that humans will happily hand over the reins to AI in exchange for perfect playlists, self-filling liquor cabinets, and the illusion that we’re still making the decisions.

...that the AI revolution won’t be a war—it’ll be a seduction, and the machines will win because they understand our dopamine receptors better than our mothers did.

...that AI won’t just replace jobs—it’ll replace purpose. And when people lose that, they don’t riot—they just quietly stop existing in any way that matters.
