...that insurance, in general, is a scam. It’s a promise that if bad things happen, you will be compensated for it except that it is not in the best interests of the insurers to compensate. The incentives are completely off.

...that one can feel he is on his way to fully healed but scarred when he decides to make a huge batch of his delicious white chili for no one but himself. As spicy as he wants it with no regard for the tastes of others.

...that the adage ‘ignorance is bliss’ only applies to my health. The less I know, the better I feel.
