Donnie picks the equally loved and hated Terry Gilliam masterpiece Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Turns out, Hall LOVES this movie.

In what Donnie calls a deep cut horror pic, Hall likes to watch Bone Tomahawk!

It’s the witching month and along with D. Smith binging on all things Halloween, he has chosen a horror camp classic for the podcast viewing pleasure: Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn.

One of Hall’s favorite films of all time, the brilliant, hysterical This is Spinal Tap is a treat for both our Dons.

Mr. Smith goes to Vegas by way of neo-hipster 90’s L.A. and choses one of his favorites—the 1996 break out classic Swingers.

Outside of his love for all things vapid action and superhero, Hall has a weird, darkly twisted sense of humor. Thus, his choice for this episode, Yorgos Lanthimos’s The Lobster.

Both in solidarity with his striking brethren and because his choice is a genuine genre-shifter, an icon among horror flicks, Mr. Smith goes to the zombies and we talk about George Romero’s Night of the Living Dead.
