I Believe... [Plenty of Workers, Not Enough Decent Gigs]

...that most of the cultural outrage is fueled less by those directly affected but by self-appointed allies looking for position and status as such. This belief is justified by the enormous number of white women fighting for people who’d prefer they go away.

...that there isn’t a labor shortage, there’s a shitty job surplus.

...that the term “ethical entertainment” is parallel and congruent to the bone-chilling overreach of both the McCarthy and the Tipper Gore lyrics hearings.  

...that allowing "gender" to displace sex as the fundamental method of differentiating between men and women is like allowing "How old do you feel?" to displace age as the primary means of distinguishing between a 15-year-old and a 65-year-old.

...that when the goal of so many is to be famous, the goal of being easy to forget is the better position.
